Physical Wellness

Mewali Movement Private Yoga Sessions are custom to each individual athlete’s personal goals, with each class building from the last. Using my Neuroscience and Exercise Science degree from Regis University, I pay close attention to your individual body positioning and anatomical alignment to give the most intuitive one-on-one adjustments. I have incredible somatic knowledge as well as an intuitive, flexible energy that makes every session exactly what you need.

Mental Wellbeing

With the importance of mental health on and off the field, yoga is a great addition and resource for the athletes to keep their mental strength, focus, and clarity while training their physical body so rigorously. My University background in Neuroscience/Psychology helps add depth and value to the mental strength of an athlete.
