Physical Wellness
Mewali Movement Private Yoga Sessions are custom to each individual athlete’s personal goals, with each class building from the last. Using my Neuroscience and Exercise Science degree from Regis University, I pay close attention to your individual body positioning and anatomical alignment to give the most intuitive one-on-one adjustments. I have incredible somatic knowledge as well as an intuitive, flexible energy that makes every session exactly what you need.
Mental Wellbeing
With the importance of mental health on and off the field, yoga is a great addition and resource for the athletes to keep their mental strength, focus, and clarity while training their physical body so rigorously. My University background in Neuroscience/Psychology helps add depth and value to the mental strength of an athlete.

Private Sessions give the most individualized attention, hands-on adjustments, and personalization— as each flow is catered to your specific sport, injury, and training programme. Small Group Sessions
Small Group Sessions give the most team-feel and also group accountability. With the nature of an athlete, a little friendly competition as well to push yourself further. Travel Sessions
Travel Sessions are designed to be as easy and efficient as possible for you and your unique schedule; they give you the most flexibility, pun intended, as I come to you whichever city you’re in. Whether it’s for a pregame session, playoff, offseason training, injury rehab, or whatever the need, I meet you in your city and am on-call for you at your preferred day and time, offering up to two sessions a day catered to your specific body and energy needs.
