Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Flow

In a practice that coordinates one’s breath to movement, we will stimulate our bodies through breath practice at the beginning, move through a series of creative and expressive flows, work through postures that will open us properly for a peak pose, cool down our bodies and minds, and finally experience total bliss in savasana. Enjoy a carefully, well-thought-out flow catered to the levels in the class.

Hot Power Vinyasa

A class for those looking to sweat with the perfect balance of strength and stretch, fast-paced cardio and slow intentional movement, as well as breath work, this class covers both checkmarks of HIIT class AND Yoga class! Combining HIIT style plyometric movements, balance postures, fierce standing flows, arm balances, and core work.. lots of core work, this class is the perfect combination of the HIIT intensity you love, but also a great balance of stretch and recovery at the end

Reset Yin Yoga

The perfect class for athletes looking for recovery in their training or anyone looking to relax, restore, unwind, and breath deeply. An aromatherapy candle-lit class offered just before bedtime uniquely blends the best of Restorative Yoga postures as well as Yin Yoga postures. Both styles are known for their long-held and passive nature of the postures, which gives time for a deeper journey to unfold— a journey into the meditative aspects of yoga and to mindful living. Restorative Yoga is known for its relaxing and meditative style, using props such as bolsters, cushions, blocks, and straps to give you the most effort-less style of yoga. Yin Yoga focuses on the body’s fascia, ligaments, joints, bones, and energetic channels of the meridians, nerves, and blood systems. Blending those two practices into Restora-Yin Yoga, you will feel your body melt into these long-held postures, and afterwards, a great night’s sleep!

Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga

A class designed for the mermaids at heart, we will practice a basic Vinyasa class over the beautiful, crystal clear waters of the Charleston Waterways. This class combines aspects of balance, poise, grace, and finesse. By practicing postures on an unstable ground, this class will humble you, challenge you, and excite you all the same; it will greatly improve your practice and your balance. Offered at different days and times based on swell and tides for beginner to advanced yogis, I can’t guarantee you’ll stay dry, but I can guarantee a very tranquil class and a definite laugh!!

What better way to spend your weekend than with a 60 Minute Vinyasa Yoga Class followed by complimentary craft cocktial of your choice from in-house, locally distilled, and handcrafted cocktails. Take advantage of her creativity in fun flows at this special event class!!

Just when you think you'll come for a 6-pack of beer, you'll leave with a 6-pack of abs! Megan will lead a 60 Minute Cardio Vinyasa Yoga class and after, you’ll receive a complimentary pint of the beer of your choice ! This Cardio Vinyasa Flow will be sure to help your 6-pack! Class will move through a fusion of high-energy plyometrics, strength-building yoga postures, as well as deep and sustained stretching for optimal muscle lengthening. The best way to get your heart rate UP is to get your booty DOWN! And that’s exactly what we’ll do in this cardio-based and fun-spirited class suitable for intermediate to advanced yogis, as well as for athletes looking to gain cardiovascular endurance by using plyometric movements. Kids Yoga

Yoga comes to life in these fun and creative classes designed to stimulate a young child’s growing curiosity. Playful yoga poses, animated breathing exercises, and imaginative relaxation techniques will teach these children about their growing bodies. This class will spark the child’s inner yogini while enhancing language development, motor coordination, as well as play skills and social skills
