YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Mewali Movement’s main goal is to continue to inspire individuals to find and follow What Moves You through the Art of Movement. Learn to become a yoga teacher through our 200 hour yoga alliance approved intensive teacher training course. Mewali’s experienced teachers demonstrate an incredible somatic knowledge as well as intuitive, flexible energy in each class, lecture, and discussion led, making these trainings available and welcoming to anyone. COMMUNITY CLASSES

The community branch of Mewali Movement that offers a variety of yoga styles— Vinyasa, Yin, Cardio, Paddleboard, and even Poses and Pours— along with Private Yoga Sessions for one-on-one individualized attention and groups to celebrate events!
