ATHLETE TRAINING
Namaste Ready™ is an athlete-specific branch of Mewali Movement catered to yoga and pilates for elite and professional athletes. Yoga is the perfect balance for athletes to find peace in recovery amidst demanding training and Pilates is the perfect tool for increased precision, control, toning, and mobility. Mewali Movement specializes in yoga for Performance (mobility, proprioception, balance), Recovery (stretching, myofascial release) and Meditation (mental strength, breath control, pre-game anxiety, game-day focus, post-pro life). YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Mewali Movement’s main goal is to continue to inspire individuals to find and follow What Moves You through the Art of Movement. Learn to become a yoga teacher through our 200 hour yoga alliance approved intensive teacher training course. Mewali’s experienced teachers demonstrate an incredible somatic knowledge as well as intuitive, flexible energy in each class, lecture, and discussion led, making these trainings available and welcoming to anyone. WATER SKI LESSONS
The Lake Days and Namastes branch of Mewali Movement teaches a variety of watersports-- including teaching beginners how to ski on two skis, how to drop a ski, how to get up on a slalom ski, techniques in slalom skiing, barefoot waterskiing, swivel skiing, basic wakeboarding, kneeboarding, saucer, hop docks, and more! COMMUNITY yOGA & PILATES CLASSES
The community branch of Mewali Movement offers a variety of Pilates (Reformer, stretch and mobility, mat pilates) and yoga styles (Vinyasa, Yin, Cardio, Paddleboard, and even Poses and Pours) available to the community and all levels! We also offer Private Pilates and Yoga Sessions for one-on-one individualized attention as well as for groups to celebrate events!
