This Cardio Vinyasa Flow will be sure to help your 6-pack! Class will move through a fusion of high-energy plyometrics, strength-building yoga postures, as well as deep and sustained stretching for optimal muscle lengthening.

The best way to get your heart rate UP is to get your booty DOWN! And that’s exactly what we’ll do in this cardio-based and fun-spirited class suitable for intermediate to advanced yogis, as well as for athletes looking to gain cardiovascular endurance by using plyometric movements.
